Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
My team and I come prepared with an eco-friendly/natural cleaning kit and all required equipment. However, I am very flexible and can use specified house cleaning products and equipment if you wish. Some of my clients have a specific product they need for their floors, or their own ENJO products or a special vacuum cleaner and we are happy to do this.

Do I need to be home?
Generally for the first clean, some of my clients like to be home to show us around and to meet us. Though there’s no pressure if you’re too busy and you can simply leave us a note. After the first clean you can leave a copy of your key with your neighbour, hidden in a secret location around the house, or you can leave a copy with me. You are welcome to do this from the first clean too – whatever you feel comfortable with.

Will my key be safe if I give a copy to you?
Most definitely! You can rest assured that your key will be very safe with me. I treat your keys as if they are my own and I ensure each of my team members do the same. Each key is given a tag with a first name and suburb written on it (no address) and kept in a locked box, only to be taken out when we are coming to clean your place. We also knock before we enter your property so as not to surprise you and you will always know when we are coming.

What should I do before a home cleaning service?
To make our house cleaning services more efficient, I ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from us – it just means we can spend more time scrub-a-dubbing which is what we are good at! 

What happens if I need to reschedule my clean?
Please give me as much notice as possible (preferably 24 hrs) if you need to cancel or schedule your clean. I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs. If the clean is cancelled with less than 24 hrs there will be a cancellation charge as I would have declined other clients to keep your spot as well as booked out my team and my time for you.

How do I pay for my home cleaning services?
Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. Most clients find it convenient to simply leave the correct change or pay by credit card. I no longer accept bank transfers as payments, I love to clean but I don’t love following up on outstanding payments.

How many people will be cleaning my house?
1 – 2 people for a regular home clean, rental inspection clean, window clean and commercial clean (depending on the time and day you would like your clean) and 2 – 3 people for a vacate clean.

Will the same person clean my house each time?
I have a lovely close-knit team working with me and my goal is to send at least one person who has cleaned your house before. Of course there are times when we are sick, go on holiday or have a course booked in which means we may need to send someone you haven’t met before. Rest assured, I train everyone to ensure they know our very high standards as well as let team members know the specific details for each client. 

What if I have pets, is this ok?
I adore animals and so do my team members, however please inform me if you have pets prior to our arrival. Lions, tigers and bears, oh my, and other domestic animals should be locked away for the duration of the clean – just so we can focus on the task at hand and ensure we and your pets are safe and sound.

Will I need to sign a contract?
I do not have contracts in place, you can call me for a one-off clean any time with no obligation to continue, or you can book me in for a regular gig, again with no obligation to continue. The only thing is if you request a regular clean then you will have a specific day and possibly time secured just for you so you know we will always be there!

Are you a large agency? I have concerns with losing touch with the owner of the business.
I (Prema) own All Pure Cleaning and also physically work as a cleaner in the business, as well as answer all of your calls and emails. I have a small team, so although I may not personally clean your house due to prior commitments with other clients, and also teaching yoga with Urban Clarity (another passion of mine!), you will definitely continue to hear from me. The lovely people I have working for me are hand-picked and trained by me so you will be greeted with friendly, smiling faces in your house who will always clean to perfection. I do not sub-contract cleaning work.
